  • Case Management Coordinator is responsible for obtaining benefits/eligibilities, initial assessment authorizations and ongoing Applied Behavior Analysis authorizations.

 

  • Billing/Claims Management Specialist reconciles accounts, inputs billing data, manages the claims process, posts cash, and performs insurance claims follow-up.

 

  • Credentialing Specialist verifies professional licensing, training, and certifications of Applied Behavior Analysis providers and ensures providers/services adhere to regulations and governmental laws.

  • DESCRIPTION

    • We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Case Management Coordinator who can work from home obtaining benefits/eligibilities, initial assessment authorizations and ongoing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) authorizations. This representative will also work side by side with Regional Directors & Intake Team, as well as obtaining applicable documents from families and/or Dr. offices for authorization approval.

       

      Required skills:

       

      -Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail

      -Time management, as we work within strict deadlines

      -Medical or mental health administrative experience preferred

      -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

      -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook

      -Team-player … we help each other out, so must be able to contribute to the team!

      -Motivated to work independently, with remote supervision

      -Knowledge of Florida Medicaid and private insurance highly desirable

       

      Must be able to work regular daytime business hours and have a phone that can be used for work purposes. All work is performed online, and must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

    • Accounts Specialist
    • Compensation: $12.00 per hour

  • DESCRIPTION

    • We need FULL-TIME people who can work from home during business hours, reconcile accounts, input billing data, manage the claims process, post cash, and perform insurance claims follow-up. We provide billing and claims management services for ABA Therapists, so experience in accounting, billing, ABA Therapy, or medical billing experience is helpful.

       

      Required skills:

      -Basic accounting skills

      -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook
